1. How to buy

View the article that interests you.
Select an item and add it to your shopping cart.
If you wish to process your request you have the option to do so by registering.
Select a payment method.
Confirm your request.
You will receive an email confirming your request.
2. Payment

After separating the items in our warehouse, the customer will receive an email with the payment information.

You will be able to pay through ATM (minimum order of 5 €), paypal (minimum order of 5 €), MBWAY, Shipping and Bank Transfer (these three without minimum order value).

Payments by MBWAY and Wire Transfer are entitled to a discount of 2% and 1%, respectively.

If you choose a bank transfer send the proof to online@livrariaze.pt in order to expedite the process of sending.
All orders will be canceled after 2 business days if they have not been paid.
3. Prices
The indicated prices have already included VAT.
Shipping costs are for the account of the customer, except when they are an offer.
Shipping to Portugal is an offer, when the order exceeds 23 euros.

If you choose to pick up the order in one of our stores, you will have no shipping costs.

For deliveries in the municipalities of Amarante, Mesão Frio, Baião, Felgueiras, Resende and Marco de Canaveses, there is a free delivery option, and the delivery time is combined with the customer.

The customer at the end of the order will always know the amount of postage payable.

Online store prices do not always match the price of the physical store. In these cases, the article presents the price of the article in physical store and the article of the online store, for comparison.

5. Shipping
Orders are shipped within 1 business day (excluding stock break) by registered mail.
The delivery period is normally 1/2 working days for Continental Portugal, 5 days for the Madeira Archipelago, 7 to 15 days for the Azores Archipelago. 3 to 5 days for Europe and 10 to 20 for the rest of the world
You may choose to pick up the order at our physical locations without any charge.

6. Stock Routing
In case the product is in breach of stock, the customer will be informed of it, in order to be able to make the exchange for another equivalent or cancel the order of it.

We collect your personal data, provided by you voluntarily, only for handling the orders you make, such as: name, address, email, and mobile phone number.

The data used for payment will never be stored by us.

Your data is not shared with any other company. They are for the exclusive use of our company, in relation with the customer.

Whenever requested, we share what data we have about you, and how you can correct or delete them if you wish.

Whenever you decide to modify, update or delete your data, you may contact us directly by e-mail online@livrariaze.pt or by doing so in your personal area.

Whenever you request us, we share with you the data we collect so that you can carry it out.

If you agree, you will receive our newsletter regularly and after each order will be requested an evaluation of the product purchased.

This website uses etracker technology (www.etracker.com) to collect user behavior data. All visitor data is saved through an anonymous user identifier to create a usage profile. The use of cookies is possible to save the data, but the data remains strictly anonymous. The data is not used to identify a visitor in person and is not aggregated with any personal data. 8. Right of withdrawal

The consumer has the right to free resolution of this contract within 14 calendar days, without the need to indicate any reason.

The deadline for exercising the right of free resolution expires 14 days from the day following that it acquires or a third party indicated by him, other than the carrier, acquires the physical possession of the goods.
In order to exercise your right of free resolution, you must

decision to terminate this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (eg letter sent by post or electronic mail). You can use the resolution form template, but this is not required.

In order for the period of freedom to be respected to be respected, it is sufficient that its communication concerning the exercise of the right of free resolution be sent before the expiry of the period for termination.


9. Effects of free resolution

In the event of termination of this agreement, all payments made, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a mode of shipment other than the least expensive modality of normal shipment offered by us) will be reimbursed ), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to terminate this contract. We make these refunds using the same method of payment you used in the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed by you; in any case, does not incur any costs as a consequence of such reimbursement

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods, or until you provide proof of delivery of the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return the goods or deliver them to us on: AV. JOAQUIM LEITE DE CARVALHO, 16 - 4600-019 AMARANTE, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you inform us of the free termination of the contract. It is considered that the deadline is respected if you return the goods before the expiration of the period of 14 days, and the customer will bear the direct costs of the return of the goods.
